Dear Sirs,

I was interested by your 
announcement of inexpensive travel arrangements for the Third
International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems, to be held in
Romania this August.
After delivering a paper there, I intend to journey to Tbilisi, USSR,
and attend the Fourth International Joint Conference on Artificial
Intelligence, to be held September 3-8. No doubt many visitors at
the Bucharest conference will also want to proceed directly to Tbilisi.
Please consider some special London → Bucharest → Tbilisi → London
travel arrangement.

I would appreciate details on such a plan; if one is not possible, then I
still desire further information on the terms for the Romanian trip alone.
